Why You Need A Vision Board

Having a vision board is very beneficial to me because every time I wake up, it’s staring right at me.

Vision boards can help motivate you to accomplish your dreams and goals in life. Plus, you gotta love the concept of how a vision board works!

Having something you see everyday reminds you, “Oh, that’s right, I have many dreams and goals in life that I want to complete, and I shouldn’t give up on any of them.”

When I wake up in the morning and see the printed pictures of the Weather Center from ABC7, a women standing in front of the United States with some low and high fronts in the background, then seeing my cropped face onto this woman’s face where it says The Weather Channel right next to her is inspiring.

According to the website Law of Attraction, Bob Proctor said, “A vision board is your ticket to manifesting everything you want from life, but like catching a train, it takes time, there are stops on the way, and you have to know where you want the journey to take you.” I totally agree with him since your dreams and goals just don't happen immediately over night, but it DOES take time and patience. You also have to remember that you can never give up on a goal or dream you set for yourself because it will come true with hard work and determination. Having a vision board can be known as a dream board since it has all your dreams on it. Using the Law of Attraction helps you attract everything you dream of in life. But if you do not use it correctly and think miracles happen over night, then you’re doing it wrong.

You have to realize that miracles, dreams and goals do not occur in one day night, but only with these five steps: Creative Visualization, Emotion, Motivation, Repetition, and Action, according to Bob Proctor.

So start making your vision board and use these five steps to help you manifest your dreams and goals in life!

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
