15 Reasons Why College Football Is The Best Sport In America

It's why we wake up those early Saturday mornings. Whether it is the school you went to or your favorite team, you watch them every Saturday to see them play your most hated rivals. College game day is a holiday. It's the student-athletes out there with nothing to lose and everything to gain, playing their hearts out for the school they love. College football is about pride and tradition. There are so many reasons why college football is the best sport in America. Here are a few reasons why.

1. There is nothing like a Saturday; no work, no school.

2. The student section is always wild.

3. College football is made for upsets.

4. There is nothing like a good rivalry.

5. The chills you get when your team runs out of the tunnel.

6. Tailgating -- it's not about whether you win or lose, it's about how you tailgate.

7. Partying after a big win.

8. Boys are playing for the team, not the money. It is about what's on the jersey.

9. There are more teams, which means more games.

10. Conference changes are always exciting.

11. The Heisman trophies are awesome.

12. Storming the field.

13. Erin Andrews -- for you guys out there.

14. The energy on game day is never ending.

15. There is nothing like traditions, every school has them.

Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
